Christina "Kris" Dollinger

"I am a bio-medical anthropologist and biologist interested in conducting future research into mutations and their health effects on humans in space."

In January 2022, Kris joined the Cellular Physical Chemistry Group as a Research Technician at the Baylor College of Medicine. Kris previously served as the Biology Lab Specialist at Lone Star College at the North Harris campus. Kris has a BS in Anthropology/Archaeology and a MA in Biomedical Anthropology from the University of Houston. Kris completed her thesis on the correlation between cortisol levels and camera use on the International Space Station using ground-based analogs. She has also worked on the Ellie May Excavation, with the fossils now displayed at the Perot Museum in Dallas, Texas. Outside of the lab, she enjoys archery, drawing, gaming, weightlifting, and writing.
