Archish Anand

"I am a neuroscientist and aspiring pediatrician interested in the role of cellular compartments in neurological diseases."

On January 31st, 2022, Archish joined the Cellular Physical Chemistry Group as a Research Technician II at the Baylor College of Medicine. During his undergraduate studies he majored in Neuroscience at The University of Texas at Austin (2021) and worked in a lab studying tumor cells in children while testing different chemical means to hinder or stop the spread to other cells. His future goal is becoming a pediatrician and hopefully specializing in kids with Autism, to provide quality care so that they feel more equipped to take on life. Outside of the lab, I enjoy watching and playing sports as well as trying new restaurants and hanging out with friends and family.
